Dr. Philip C. Froehlke, 69, of Oshkosh passed away on Friday, September 5, 2008 at Froedtert Memorial Hospital in Milwaukee. He was born in Oshkosh on November 21, 1938, a son of the late Adolph and Doris (Kalfahs) Froehlke.
